I’d spend months flailing around in an app, get dissatisfied and discouraged, stall out, and try another. I spent years searching, downloading, buying, and learning a lot of these. Search on “animation software for beginners.” You’ll find Moho, Toon Boom, Blender, Pencil 2D, Synfig Studio, Adobe Character Animator, Cartoon Animator 4, Animaker, Vyond, Moovly, and more. You don’t need an excuse to play with animation.
